The proportion of private enterprises in China’s economy is growing, changes in domestic and international macroeconomic situation makes the development of enterprises external environment tend to severe, the domestic laws and regulations allowing enterprises to improve the internal needs of the environment has become an urgent, In this situation, enterprises want become bigger and stronger, not depending on the model of development as in the past. Enterprises need to gather more capital, talent and technology, the management development of enterprises moving in the direction of refinement.Financial management is an important part of enterprise management, financial management functions is to raise funds, the use of funds and disbursement of funds. The funds are an important resource for enterprise survival and development, enterprises become bigger and stronger need to strengthen financial management. Enterprise Group is an organizational form of enterprise development to a certain stage, through the integration of internal business and external resources in order to exert the advantage of enterprise integration. The financial management of the enterprise groups need to explore a set of mode, adapt to the changes of organizational structure and business diversification, achieving the Group’s strategic target。 The Group’s financial management is a systematic management mode, to the Group’s strategic target orientation, formulate Financial strategic objectives, as a means of performance evaluation, the use of financial management a variety of methods, the business unit’s financial objectives and the Group is consistent, finally achieving the Group’s strategic target.As the background of the Sino-Canada-Group, researching financial management and control model in the process of business transformation, design of a Group Financial Management and Control System, as a reference for the other group of private enterprises to strengthen financial management. The first part is the research background and summary of theories, the second part is to analyze the problems in the Sino-Canada-Group’s business model and financial management, The third part is to design the Sino-Canada-Group Financial management and control model, The fourth part is the construction of five subsystems Accounting information system, Treasury management system, Business integration system, Performance evaluation system and Risk-control system., Finally, the summary of financial management and control model of the Sino-Canada-Group.
