In the supply chain environment, speed and time has been seen as the main source to improve the competitive advantage, a part of procrastination often affects the entire supply chain operation. Various enterprises in the supply chain through various means to achieve the information flow between them, the logistics of tight junctions in order to achieve the requirements of end customers to reduce inventory costs, fast response, and even improve the overall level of competition in the supply chain purposes.As a part of the entire supply chain, shorten order delivery time to become a very important factor to measure their competitiveness, as a measure of order lead time pass rate is an important KPIs of supply chain management. The so-called order delivery time is an enterprise from the receipt of customer orders to product delivery to the warehouse or place of the sum of the time specified by a customer. As a measure of order lead time pass rate refers to the order delivery cycle within the target set in the company, the standard number and the ratio of the standard number of Supply chain environment, the impact of individual enterprises timely delivery of the main factors is that there are various uncertainties in the supply chain, including:the uncertainty of supply uncertainty of raw materials and components suppliers, enterprise processing capacity enterprise shipping capacity uncertainty. How to ensure and reduce order lead times an important factor in the enterprise to strengthen the core competitiveness.The paper first introduces the theory of Lean Six Sigma production system, and then sub-chapter discusses the basic ideas and steps of Lean Six Sigma DMAIC and were analyzed for the specific application of this tool in the improvement projects of my company. This article focuses on the specific use of the tools of DMAIC in the company’s improvement activities. The use of a tool to improve order lead time pass rate, improve the entire supply chain, his contribution to customer satisfaction and sales performance to be reflected. Allows employees to more directly participate in and appreciate the achievements and effectiveness of the work to improve, thereby improving the enthusiasm for production. Lean Six Sigma tool application is good or bad for businesses is very important.In this paper, the actual analysis of the topic on the Lean Six Sigma tools to reduce the application and effectiveness of the order delivery qualified rate, and in-depth discussion and analysis aimed at the success of the domestic manufacturing enterprises to promote the idea of Lean Six Sigma production useful suggestions to previous work and do a summary of the outlook of future work.
