Capitalism. since its birth in Europe, has gone through a few hundred years, and today it is still in a constant process of evolution and expansion. With regard to the new changes and phenomena, western scholars represent them in many ways from different angles, thus the "late capitalism" theory, the "post-capitalism" theory, the "new capitalism" and some other different theories are emerged.From analysis we can get that the various theories of capitalism more performance for the different stages of development of capitalism, not the theoretical propositions to change or innovate and develop the status quo of capitalism, even the well-known American economist William E Halal, created the "new capitalism", dying era of the ashes of Phoenix, only can stay the assumptions of theory of "democracy and free enterprise" but not put into practice. Theoretical ideas divorced from practice has been a serious impediment to the expansion of the update of the capitalist theory and practice, coupled with the highlight of the global financial crisis of capitalism and its own problems, thus, an ideology, different from the past seems ready to appear.The World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland, in January2008, Bill Gates proposed the concept of "new capitalism of the21st century" and elaborated on the ideas and propositions of this capitalism systematically. The theme,"to innovate through market forces and institution, to service the poor", runs through "new capitalism of the21st century". Bill Gates is aware of the defects of capitalism, especially the increased worldwide inequality with the development of capitalism, and then tries to adopt an innovation way which is different from the existing capitalist ways. The direct purpose is to serve the poor, improving the lives level and the status quo of the population which cannot enjoy the benefits of market economy.This paper considers that the appearance of Bill Gates’"new capitalism of the21st century" is not by chance. After we analyze its theoretical origins and practical factors deeply, we will be able to recognize its inevitability. This theoretical proposition is built on the learning and summary of the existing theories, relying on the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s action which continue to fall in the real and Microsoft, as a strong supporter, its development has made the world look at with new eyes, especially the capitalist world, meanwhile, it also let the people living in poverty, disease and other problems feel the remarkable success. Of course, we must recognize that Bill Gates’idea is still not perfect, which has its own defects and shows insufficient in practice, although its impact is already throughout the entire world, thus it needs to be improved urgently. In addition, the future development and prospect of "new capitalism of the21st century" is also discussed in this paper in a minor part.
