| At present, information resource has become important production factor, immaterial asset and society wealth. The speed-up of informatization construction plays an important and profound role in the development of enterprise. The level of informatization is a domination index in measuring the overall strength of a company. Under the current background of developing the informatization construction by the country, Shandong Electric Power Company is constructed into a first-class electric power enterprise by rapidly changing the development patterns on both company and electric network, vigorously promoting informationization construction, persistently stimulate production specialization based on informatization and promoting management modernization. In2009, Shandong Electric Power Company proposed the management philosophies of "inheritance, integration, upgrade and excellence" to accelerate the implementation of the "SD-54321" informatization development strategy and focus on "SD-EPC" the construction of core information system. The electric power marketing information system based on power marketing business and automatic optimization was built by Boxing County Power-Supply Company in2010.In order to evaluate the application of the system, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to measure five aspects including19indexes, such as the customer satisfaction survey, maintenance services, as well as consultation services in this paper. From the view of the application, the system is able to gracefully handle the company’s various businesses and provide satisfactory service to customers. However, some functions of the system are not perfect enough, and the staff that is lack of training cannot skillfully operate the system. In order to further improve the system, the function and management problems encountered in the application of the system are investigated and analyzed in this paper, and a set of measures such as improveing system programs and raising the level of staff operation are proposed. After these improvements, the overall performance including system utilization and customer satisfaction is thus increased. Since these problems encountered in this research are also exieted in other electric power companys, this research has certain significance for other County power supply companies’ information construction. |
