The Study On The Mode Of Eco-agriculture Development And Integrated Benefit Evaluation System Of Guangxi

In this paper, taking Guangxi Province as the research object of ecological agriculture, the use of the Internet, the literature review method, mathematical statistics analysis and measurement software, refined analysis the collected data and information, summarized the whole district’s ecological agricultural development mode, made a scientific and systematic evaluation by means of the Analytic Hierarchy and Matlab measurement software, according to the guiding ideology and development thought of the "12th five-Year" plan of Guangxi Province agriculture, it puts forward the measures about the future development of Guangxi district ecological agriculture.This article is divided into six parts:The first part introduces the research background, purpose and significance, and the research contents and description of the method.The second part was the ecological agriculture research related theory and literature review. First of all, differentiated and analysized the concept of ecological agriculture, and summarized the research progress of the ecological agriculture theory in the foreign country. Secondly, generalized and classified the relevant ecological agriculture theory of our country, mainly from the strategy of ecological agriculture, the essence and the connotation of ecological agriculture, the development mode of ecological agriculture, ecological agriculture industrialization, the benefit evaluation of ecological agriculture, based on multi angle perspectives to sum up.The third part is to analysized the development mode of ecological agriculture in Guangxi district. The mainly development mode of ecological agriculture in Guangxi district is divided into the following five categories:three-dimensional planting types, stereo breeding type, three-dimensional planting and breeding of class type, the development mode of ecological agriculture with Biogas as a Link, and sightseeing agricultural ecological pattern.The fourth part is the empirical parts. This paper based on the Previous research achievements, constructed the ecological agriculture efficiency evaluation index system by means of the analytical hierarchy process (ahp), selected the basis of index data of2000-2009in Guangxi district, measured and calculated the ecological, economic and social benefits and of comprehensive benefit of ecological agriculture with the help of measuring software.The fifth part is according to the empirical analysis of the results, analysized the ecological, economic and social benefits of ecological agriculture in Guangxi district, points out the existing problems in the development process of ecological agriculture.The sixth part is to put forward the countermeasure proposal, mainly from discussed the rural infrastructure, how to make rational utilization of the land resources, and protect the ecological environment, the rural education, social security, agriculture science and technology innovation and application, rural industry structure adjustment, agricultural production of foreign exchange and cooperation, it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The seventh part is the conclusion. Pointed out that innovation and weaknesses of this paper, and explain some points in it.The main conclusions:1.The successful application of agricultural ecological pattern is produce much more in Guangxi district. The development mode of ecological agriculture is base on the modern agricultural production practice, to adapted the specific conditions of time and space of ecological environment, combined the resource environmental endowment and evolved. Quite a long period of time, the peasants practicing and explorating, accumulated rich experience, formed the variety of unique local characteristics of ecological agriculture business form. Like three-dimensional planting types, stereo breeding type, three-dimensional planting and breeding of class type, the development mode of ecological agriculture with Biogas as a Link and sightseeing agricultural ecological pattern, it is play a good demonstration role in driving in the ecological agriculture of the whole district, especially the development mode of ecological agriculture with Biogas as a Link, it has promoted and developed20innovation mode in the whole district. Therefore, it should be according to the natural resources of the area environment and social resources, adjust measures to local conditions related model selection in the future.2.Through empirical analysis found that ecological benefit of ecological agriculture in Guangxi district is rising, the forest coverage rate and new afforestation area have improved, this is the achievement which government to push returning farmland to forest, Facilitate Afforestation, but the cultivated land per capita is reduced year by year, irrigation and water conservancy project inadequate investment, the infrastructure construction is lag much more, agricultural ecological environment is worsening, these negative factors impact on the ecological agriculture system, In the process of ecological agriculture, it is need to control strictly and protect cultivated land area, perfect the construction of irrigation and water conservancy works, to improve agricultural production environment.3.Overall, the whole region’s ecological agriculture development produced obvious economic benefits, farmers conditions of material life gradually improve, increasing channel to expand in expanding, income structure is developing diversify, agricultural mechanization level increases, but there still exist problems, such as per capita net income of farmers in ranked the relative depend, agricultural production costs continue to rise, the agricultural management face uncertainties increase agricultural production and the institutionalization of the agricultural production is low, therefore need to work out some measures to improve farmers’ income, reduce the production cost, control management risk and promote ecological agriculture industrialization.4.From the indicators of the investigation, it has made great social progress in the development of ecological agriculture in Guangxi district, the natural population growth rate declined steadily, and rural per capita residential area have somewhat expanded, the living environment have been improved obviously, animal husbandry and its fruit production development trend is good, the agricultural production and peasants living power improved, but the rural labor population synthesis quality low, lack of agricultural scientific and technological personnel, rural young labor erosion, these problems need to be solved step by step in the future.
