| Land is a basic resource for human survival and life, development of human society can’t be separatedfrom the land. Farmland and construction sites are the most important human land use. China’s limited landresources, large population and the population has constantly increased, exacerbating the contradictions ofhuman resources, at the same time, worsening the trend of the construction land and farmland, resulting inthe arable land is decreasing, the decline of the quality of cultivated land. Therefore, the rational planningand use of land for construction, strengthen the protection and effective use of arable land resources arerelated to the protection of national food security and improve people’s living standards important andpressing issues, land use for sustainable development of areas of research focus.In this paper, in1996~2009of Kaifeng City, the socio-economic statistical data, and constructionland data, analysis of the research progress of the domestic and foreign demand for construction land,respectively, by correlation analysis and gray relational analysis factors affect the demand for constructionland may screening, and then, the demand for land for construction of multiple linear regression model andthe gray system GM(1,1)prediction model, and conclude that the predictions of the demand for land forconstruction in2020. Study constructed two prediction models in this paper two predictions are basicallythe same as in2020, Kaifeng City construction land demand forecast reference value, but also provides afurther study of government decision-making and construction land demand as reference.The full text is divided into five parts:The first chapter is the Introduction. Introduces the concept of land for construction and classification,and analysis of background and practical significance, introduced the research progress at home and abroad,clearly the purpose and significance of this study.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of land for construction forecast and research methods.Introduced the basic theory and construction land, such as the theory of land scarcity, supply and demandtheory and sustainable development theory.The third chapter profiles and index system in Kaifeng City. Analysis of Kaifeng City constructionland use status quo, a clear research objectives, determine the content and technology roadmap, and finallythe use of correlation analysis and gray relational analysis to filter out the main factors of the demand for construction land.The fourth is the forecast of demand for land for construction of Kaifeng City. Using multiple linearregression model and the gray system GM (1,1) model to forecast demand for construction land, andforecast results.The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this article and innovation. |
