Along with the depletion and prices increasing for the petroleum, coal and other traditionalnon-renewable energy, people begin to develop and utilize new energy sources. As a kind of new energy,Solar energy is inexhaustible in supply and always available for use.. Because solar energy has a lot ofadvantage, it got more attention from all over the world in twenty-first Century. In China, solar waterheater industry originated in the late1980’s. Now it is in the stage of rapid development. But the speed islower than that of the past twenty years. Analyzing reasons,there are many brands in the solar water heaterindustry in China. The competition is so Intensive that it even tends to disorder state. Huihuang solarenergy CO., LTD, as one of the domestic solar water heater top ten companies, the marketing strategy mustbe worthy to investigating, learning and improving.This study combine the status and characteristics of the solar water heater industry together, studymarketing environment, market segmentation, market positioning and marketing methods of the Huihuangsolar energy CO., LTD to found problems, then put forward strategies that the company should to befollowed in the company’s marketing operations. Under the guidance of the4P theory, according to a seriesof questions that the company faced, this study proposed a feasible strategy from the product, price, place,promotion these four aspects. Then we hope to provide some advices on building sales team and CRM.These advices will be helpful for the company to do better in the future. At the same time, this study alsoput forward some ideas and suggestion for the Huihuang solar energy CO., LTD to implement greenmarketing activities and establish a corporate’s green image.
