Education is the main factor for country economic and cultural development ability and it is also the main factor of the international competitiveness. In the information age, network education is becoming an important impetus and restricting factors of the development of education. With the development of the society, now many new mom and dad are only children, they are not good at taking raising children and communicating with children. At the same time, in order not to let their children lose at the starting line, more and more parents does not mean to spent money on education.As network education becomes the trend and broadband network rapid development, we develop "Ren Cong Zhong" community network with China’s current development the market situation which just catering to the young parents’wishes. And the low cost can also make it expanded rapidly. This article focuses on the " Ren Cong Zhong " community network product development and mainly wrote from the following several aspects:The first part is about the introducing of the products and services. This part of the concept of product, performance, and product strategy target is discussed in this paper. Product " Ren Cong Zhong " community network is a preschool education mutual motivation, an open platform, a baby management center and a full-featured tablet computer.The second part, entrepreneurial teams is established. This part discussed the company’s organization, each department function and responsibility.The third part is about the analysis on product feasibility. It first focus on the business environment in China and know that the political environment is loose at present and government work program greatly simplified which encouraging independent business. And the Internet business has become the trend. Based on the analysis of the product business opportunity analysis, the article mainly analysis from the business motivation, market prospect and industry competition.The fourth part is about the product marketing planning. This part main wrote from target customers, marketing objectives and strategy and market research strategy three aspects. Marketing strategy is divided into four phases:the commissioning period of the strategy, the website, popular website improve period and competitive web sites development.The fifth part is about the financial management plan. This part focus on starting the initial overhead, break-even analysis, cost analysis and control as well as the major source of income several aspects launches. The company mainly through the development of community networks operates independently, online advertising, and providing web site to get income derived services. In the cost control is main on technology costs, promote the cost control.The sixth part is about the risk prevention. According to the characteristics of the products, this part mainly relating to these risks:the funds risk, market risk prevention, management risk prevention, the technical risk prevention and legal risks.
