Research On Social Risk Formation Mechanism And Prevention And Control Strategy Of Engineering Construction Project

In recent years, there are more and more cases of social risk that caused by the questions of land acquisition, demolition.environment and resettlement from the engineering construction project. The social risk from the engineering construction project not only hinders the realization of the goals of project, but it also poses a threat to the harmony and stability of the local society.Therefore, it’s especially necessary to research the mechanism, prevention and control strategies of the social risk from the engineering construction project.Firstly.the paper defines the related concepts of the social risk of the engineering construction project, discusses the relationships and differences between the social risk of the engineering construction project and the engineering construction project, the social risk, analyzes the types, forms, consequences and the harm. The relevant theories about the social risk from the engineering construction project are presented in this paper.Secondly, the paper analyzes the five basic components and macro background factors of the social risk of the engineering construction project and indicates that the former contributes to the development of the latter. The paper gets a conclusion that the losers will make social risk by irregular channels of interest expression when they are stimulated by risk factors of project and the blocked conventional channels of interest expression.Fourthly, the paper defines the connotation of the diffusion and then concludes that the spread of risk is a process that information is spreaded from pepolewhoseinterestis reduced by project to other pepolewhoseinterestis not reduced under the background of traditionalculture and pepole’sspecialcognitive model and its result is alargerincidentsthat people venttheir anger upon society or social unrest. The article studies the mechanism of diffusion and enlarging of social risk from the engineering construction project by analyzing the power, the ways and the influencing factors. The conclusion is that the diffusion of information and releasing anger are the two powers, that the increasing number of participants, the change of the event’s nature and the imitating strategy based on negative demonstration effectin the long term are the three ways, that internet media, the actions of government, organization degree and owneroftheproject are the four influencing factors.Finally, the prevention and control strategies of the social risk from the engineering construction project are suggested:easingthecurrent principal conflicts of the society is the basic solution to prevent the social risk from the engineering construction project by adjusting in benefits configuration, improving social security and promoting social justice; opening the channels of interests expression is the key measure to prevent the social risk from the engineering construction project; the benefits compensation mechanism with justice is the most important measure communicating equally, the reasonablegovernments’behavior and regulating the internet media are the necessarymeasures.
