China has a late development of modern vegetable logistics system. Because of the traditional disperse vegetable logistics activities, the repetitive operation and the big waste of resources in the circulation, the system is far beyond the fresh vegetable market development and consumers’ demand changes. Therefore, it is imperative to have an optimization and innovation vegetable logistics mode.This paper makes a good analysis of the problems existing in Suzhou vegetable logistics according to the results questionnaire survey of vegetable outlets in Suzhou city. Then vegetable industry chain and the SWOT analysis method are both used to explain the existing problems and reasons, and we come to a conclusion that to integrate logistics resources, to shorten the vegetable logistics circulation can effectively reduce logistics costs and improve the comprehensive benefits.We also build a "double center" vegetable logistics mode and vegetable logistics direct sales model as the main contents of the regional vegetable logistics mode. And put forward to the approaches to improve the institutionalization of the vegetable logistics, to strengthen the network information, to broaden the channels so as to reduce logistics cost, to increase vegetable logistics technology, to strengthen the construction of logistics infrastructure equipment, and to set up and perfect the relevant standards and supply chain strategies of vegetable quality system. |
