With the progress of the times and social development, people’s concept of career produced major change, not to engage in life-long an occupation and proud, but continue to meet new challenges, to pursue the realization of personal value and social identity. Especially with the development of information technology and enterprise personnel system, enterprise talent flow aggravate. Staff of the present stage of frequent turnover already to the development of enterprises and society bring certain negative effect. The high staff turnover rate not only increased the enterprise staff recruitment and training cost, increase enterprise operation cost, especially the key core staff loss, is likely to affect the enterprises in the industry in the dominant position, give an enterprise to bring inestimable loss. How therefore in theory and in practice to control and reduce employee abnormal exit, at home and abroad has become a management science, behavioral sciences, psychology and important research object.Based on the review of and Research on communication satisfaction and turnover intention of the related literature and the results of previous studies are presented on the basis of the theoretical framework and the research hypothesis, empirical study and design the questionnaire. Through to the domestic large-scale private enterprise D group of empirical research, confirmed in the domestic large-scale private enterprises internal communication satisfaction and turnover intention among the two relationship. And through the SPSS software for data analysis can be drawn, communication satisfaction in six dimensions and turnover intention are the relationship between communication satisfaction:general organization of information dimensions and turnover intention are negative correlation; communication channel dimensions and turnover intention are negative correlation; and the superior communication dimensions and turnover intention in a negative relationship:and lateral communication dimensions and turnover intention are negative correlation with individual feedback:dimensions and turnover intention are negative correlation; communication environment dimensions and turnover intention are negative correlation. This article infers the communication satisfaction and turnover intention was negatively related, i.e. a business communication satisfaction and better, its employees’turnover intention is lower; communication satisfaction is, the higher of employee turnover intention. But as a result of employee turnover intention is affected by organizational level and other factors, such as salary and welfare fairness and height, the nature of enterprises, the overall economic environment, good occupation career planning, so we can believe that communication satisfaction and employee turnover intention is affected a sufficient necessary factors.Finally, according to the D group communication satisfaction and turnover intention of current situation analysis, put forward some how to strengthen D group communication satisfaction and reduce staff turnover intention the countermeasure and the suggestion, and puts forward the study limitations and future research directions.
