Contemporary scholars have fully realize communication satisfaction, job satisfaction and the existing relationships between intention to leave. The study of communication satisfaction in domestic, whether from the study of the start time of or study abroad is the depth and breadth of scholars in this field of research has a certain gap. In 2001, in his doctoral dissertation YanWenHua by gender, educational level, the CMC technology application in many aspects, such as the influence of communication satisfaction are analyzed. Then, other domestic scholars also were to communication satisfaction and its influencing factors are studied, however, most scholars' research most concentrated in communication satisfaction and job satisfaction, but the correlation between for communication satisfaction and quit intention, and communication satisfaction, quit intention and job satisfaction on the correlation of the research but not the sufficient. Nanjing industry and commerce university ChenZhiBin (2009) ChenZhiGong and communication satisfaction divided into three categories, nine dimensions into information dimension, the relationship between dimensions and information/relations dimension. The purpose of this study is to explore communication satisfaction and job satisfaction, "intention to leave the relations between and among them, communication satisfaction of the original dimension nine dimensions namely: overall organization information, media quality, and competent communication, with the lower communication, and colleagues communication, individual feedback, communication atmosphere, and top managers of communication and organization integration. This paper analyzed the six communication satisfaction stature dimensions, namely the overall organization information, media quality, and colleagues communication, individual feedback, communication atmosphere and competent communication. According to the information dimension, the relationship between dimensions and information/relations dimension this classified summarized into six dimensions ways among these three categories. Adopt empirical analysis method to information dimension, relation dimension and the information/relations dimensions and job satisfaction and quit intention analyzes and discusses the relationship and ultimately explain those issues. This article will use the empirical analysis method, through quantitative analysis of the final explanation subject. This paper firstly reviews communication satisfaction, job satisfaction and quit intention related literature, and based on which, some theoretical framework and research assumptions. Based on the comprehensive predecessors to communication satisfaction based on the research of using the statistical software for communication satisfaction, job satisfaction and turnover intention study the relationship.This article through to collect data, and reviews have communication satisfaction, job satisfaction and quit intention related literature. On the basis of existing researches, according to research programs to effective questionnaire and data SPSS software data analysis. Finally, the article in the study results pointed out the existing limitations and research prospects.This paper is divided into five parts:(1) introduction. The introduction section of this paper introduces research background, research purpose and significance of research, divided into theoretical significance and practical significance. It introduces the content of the paper structure.This paper is an attempt to through the elaboration of personality and their employees the psychological contract of employees, understand the link between the personality of the psychological contract, and discusses the influence of various factors and the personality of the psychological contract, the correlation and determine whether each factor in personality of the psychological contract have significant effects, so that we can go from the Angle of more comprehensive systematically studies the psychological contract.(2) literature review. This section about communication to read the satisfaction and job satisfaction and quit intention of literature. For communication satisfaction, job satisfaction and quit intention made the definition and research situation described.(3) theoretical framework and assumptions. Based on the previous communication satisfaction, job satisfaction and quit intention on the basis of the study, puts forward six hypothesis. Meanwhile the DOWNS and reference HAZEN (1977) communication satisfaction questionnaire, Minnesota job satisfaction short form scale and the FanJingLi quit intention scale, final this paper USES questionnaire.(4) data analysis. Mainly includes samples and scale of descriptive statistics analysis, reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis and correlation analysis and regression analysis.In this paper, only to changchun region grass-roots staff of state-owned commercial Banks as the research object. Total questionnaires, questionnaires of 240, recovery is 94.1% of 226. Through sorting collection of valid questionnaires 219.Through the analysis of samples, found that women descriptive statistics in proportion of the poll than males, and mostly is age younger group. In education, research, the majority is undergraduate course graduation this makes this study has certain practical significance. Through the questionnaire, determines the SPSS statistical analysis in this paper has scale are good reliability and validity. (5) study concluded. Including research results of discussions and proposed hypotheses, simultaneously pointed out that give a summary study limitations and the prospect of research.Through this paper the relevant analysis and regression analysis shows that the information communication satisfaction dimension, the relationship between dimensions and information/relations to job satisfaction and quit intention respectively in positive and negative effects. And job satisfaction to quit intention has negative influence. Therefore, the enterprise management personnel can improve enterprise staff communication satisfaction to improve staff job satisfaction, reduce quit happen. Can say, improve enterprise communication condition is improving employee's job satisfaction and mention staff's work enthusiasm, reduce the effective way of leaving.
