With the economic growth and rise of household income, tourism has increasingly became a" key industry "of national economic development. The tourism of china starts relatively later, but develops rapidly in recent years and has developed into a fairly large-scale industry. Although the economy of Anhui Province is not very flourishing, but tourism resources of Anhui Province is very rich. How to make advantage of resources, make Anhui Province become a tourist province from a tourism province, make Anhui Tourism Trade in Services developed and stronger, enhance its competitiveness is becomes a major concern for driving Anhui to make great leaps.This paper applies the traditional theory of comparative advantage and competitive advantage theory in the tourism service trade international competitive ability research, studies tourism service advantage, inferior position and competitiveness of service trade of Anhui province. First, the article describes the theoretical basis of the article:the theory of comparative advantage, industrial theory of competitive advantage and the tourism system theory. Basing on comparing the theory of comparative advantage and competitive advantage theory, this paper analyzes the comparative advantage, competitive advantage of trade and tourism system theory in tourism services applicability. By using SWOT method to analyze the present situation of tourism service trade of Anhui Province, The index quantitative analysis, clustering analysis, empirical analysis of the influence factors were carried on the tourism service trade of Anhui province. Once again, combining with the quantitative analysis method and qualitative analysis method, this paper put forward the related countermeasures from macroscopical and microcosmic aspects to promote Anhui tourism service trade international competitive ability. Microscopic aspects of the policy include encouraging local enterprises innovation; strengthening tourism personnel training, improving the level of business; increasing tourism product development efforts, enhancing the tourism consumption structure. Set up modern enterprise system roundly and support and encourage a variety of forms of joint management can be implemented to encourage enterprise innovation. To strengthen tourism personnel training, improve the level of business,we can implement the run institutions of tourism education, strengthen the cultivation of tourism talents; and carry out school-enterprise United Way to cultivate; Because Anhui province tourism consumption structure is not reasonable, Diversified tourism products and dynamic tourism products two aspects can be carried out to improved it. Macroscopical policy include a low carbon environmental protection, good natural ecological environment development and protection; strengthening governmental guiding and supporting role; strengthening the tourism supporting industry and industry chain construction; strengthening the construction of urbanization. To strengthen the tourism industry and the industrial chain construction, we can construct a comfortable and convenient transport facilities, strengthen the competitiveness of travel agents and strengthen the Tourist Hotel industry competitive power. To Strengthen the construction of urbanization,we can make practical strategy of urbanization, accelerate the urbanization construction and construction and increase urban infrastructure construction.At present, the research about the tertiary industry service trade competitiveness, especially on the competitiveness of tourism service trade is less, domestic research is more for the poor. This paper attempts to start from the theory of comparative advantage and industrial theory of competitive advantage, analyzing influencing factors, than evaluating the competitiveness of Anhui travel services trade. I hope this article can be helpful for the research of domestic tourism service trade competitiveness.
