The Research On The Relationship Of International Industrial Transfer And Sino-US Trade Imbalance

The relationship of Sino-US normal economic trade is one of the most important bilateral trade relationship in the world. In recent years, accompanied by the Sino-US trade growth, the trade friction betweent the two countries has been rising, and results too many problems, such as the appreciation of the renminbi, the anti-dumping, countervailing and so on. This does no good to the long-term development of bilateral trade, and even affects the normal economic and political communication, which has been paid attention to.There are several points about the reason of Sino-US trade imbalance:the one, the statistical standards of two countries are inconsistent, the other, America sets high-tech products export control on China, another, the internal economy in America is imbalanced. These theories give significance to our understanding of the issue of Sino-US trade imbalance. Based on the viewpoints above, this paper, from a new perspective, selects the factor of international industry transfer, to analyze its impact on the trade imbalance of Sino-US. The thesis puts the theory into practice, uses normative and empirical research, qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis method, in order to analyze the mechanism and influence process of international industry transfer towards Sino-US trade imbalance, confirms industry transfer is an important factor of the Sino-US trade imbalance, also poses the ideas and methods to deal with this problem. The main content and points of this paper is as following:First of all, this paper leads the issue of Sino-US trade imbalance, on which introduce its general causes.Secondly, this paper introduces the development situation and feature of the history of the development of Sino-US normal economic trade, in order to analyze the relationship between international industrial transfer and the Sino-US trade imbalance. Also analyzes this relationship from the trade volume and trade structure. On the one part, the industry transfer causes the migration of trade surplus. On the other part, the industry transfer influences the industrial structure of China, and then trade structure. Sino-US trade imbalance arises on the basis of the two aspects above.Finally, because the issue of Sino-US trade imbalance has affected the normal economy and trade relationship between two countries, this paper puts forward that our country should grasp the opportunity of this international industry transfer, improve the position in system of international division of labor through optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure, in order to reduce Sino-US trade deficit, achieve the purpose of dynamic equilibrium of trade between China and America.The conclusion of this paper is:the issue of Sino-US trade imbalance has something with international industry transfer, America uses trade policy cannot solve the problem, both countries should have consensus, take effective measure, and make effect, which is the correct direction of the solution to Sino-US trade imbalance.
