In recent years,Sino-US trade frictions have intensified and even formed a Sino-US trade war,which has caused serious threats to Sino-US bilateral trade,China's foreign trade and the world economy.This paper studies the impact of Sino-US trade friction on China's foreign trade to have a deeper understanding of Sino-US trade frictions and its impact,so as to better cope with Sino-US trade frictions,deal with Sino-US trade wars,improve China's foreign trade,and promote China's economic development.This paper firstly analyzes the performance of Sino-US trade friction in recent years,its causes and its impact on China.The Sino-US trade war is a manifestation of the intensified trade friction in recent years.The main causes of Sino-US trade friction are Sino-US trade imbalance,the rise of American populism,prominent domestic contradictions in the US,and China's threat to US' world hegemony.The impacts of Sino-US trade friction on China are direct negative impacts on China's export trade to the US,depreciation of the RMB,pressure on the China's job market,and negative impacts on China's economic growth.This paper focuses on the empirical analysis of the impact of Sino-US trade friction on Sino-US bilateral trade.The conclusions are as follows: Sino-US trade friction has a significant negative impact on China's export trade to the United States,including technical trade barriers to China's exports to the United States.There is a lag effect on the impact.The intensification of Sino-US trade friction will hinder China's export trade with the United States.The impact of Sino-US trade friction on Sino-US bilateral trade cannot be ignored.According to the research conclusions,the following policy recommendations are proposed: timely counter-measure and rational negotiation;use international organizations such as WTO to exert pressure on the United States;actively carry out cooperation with other countries;Support foreign trade enterprises;encourage enterprises to innovate in science and technology;actively explore the domestic market.
