| Entry into the WTO will bring opportunities and challenges, more and more Chinese enterprises have come to realize that the use of ERP to the advanced management concepts and management tools to enhance the rapid reaction capability, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, from multinational companies to address the overall competition. In today’s information-based, knowledge-based era, the fast changing market remain invincible, enterprises can effectively use the ERP or ERP application effect how, is directly related to the success or failure of the enterprise.The first chapter introduces bavin company profiles and ERP system application present situation, with the aid of ERP performance evaluation system for on the company’s current ERP implementation of performance evaluation, found the actual benefit and expected benefit is not a small gap. The second chapter introduces the ERP system internal model theory, building on the bavin company ERP system internal model, explains how to select the corresponding factors, as well as how to put forward the related hypothesis, then the design of the questionnaire, for subsequent data analysis. The third chapter is to collect sample data using cloned Bach consistency coefficient (Cronbach s Alpha) to measure the factors associated with various scales in questions of internal consistency inspection; the collected sample data validity, mainly through the factor analysis to the structure of this model confirmatory analysis, and also to verify our design of questionnaire structure and model structure is reasonable. Finally through structural equation modeling to analyze the data, comparing related literature the standard reference value, find bavin company ERP internalization model is less than the reference value factor.
