Wind Power Enterprise ERP System Implementation Key Impact Factor Weight Assessment Research

With the development and expansion of enterprises,business managers become more and more aware of the importance of informatization to enterprise management.Enterprise informatization means,based on IT technology,maximal control of enterprise resource information for helping managers to make more accurate,timely and comprehensive decisions.Strengthening informatization construction has become a global consensus to improve company's management process,increase efficiency and enhance competitiveness.ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system is one of the most representative enterprise integration management system and the most frequently used software system in the process of enterprise informatization construction.ERP system implementation cycle is very long,usually 6-8 months.Also,many factors could affect this system's implementation,resulting in its implementation success rate has been at a low level.However,the cost of ERP system implementation is considerably high.Once the system implementation is unsuccessful,it would be a huge resources loss for both enterprises and community.Exploring the key influence factors of ERP system implementation is beneficial to improve ERP system implementation success rate.However,those factors are different depending on the unique characteristics of various industries.For a long time,the wind power industry is not the main research area of ERP system implementation.There are rarely in-depth studies about ERP system's implementation in wind power industries,which have hampered the successful implementation of ERP system implementation in this area.However,this paper provides a new and deep insight of the implementation of ERP system in wind power industry through specific examples.It includes analyzing the key influence factors in EPR implementation process,quantifying the weights of these factors based on weight analysis approach and obtaining their weights matrix.At the same time,the primary effect factors during the implementation of ERP system and corresponding improvement strategies would be given.This will provide a reference for the implementation of ERP system in other enterprises,especially the implementation of ERP system in wind power industry.
