Ningbo Headquarters Economic Development Research Of Regional Economic Transition

As a new form of regional economy, headquarters economy comes into being in the context of economic globalization and regional economic integration development. The development of headquarters economy plays an important role in accelerating economic transition and development, optimizing industrial structure, strengthening inter-regional cooperation and promoting the sustainable development of regional economy, and in many countries, cities and regions to pursue the economic development model. As a coastal city of open economy, Ningbo becomes one of China’s economically-developed regions by realization of the rapid economy growth, in the 30 years of reform and opening-up. But the irrational economic structure, over-dependence on investment and foreign trade exports, brings a lot of difficulties to sustainable healthy development of Ningbo. Especially after the international financial crisis, Ningbo is in more urgent demands of the regional economy transition and development when the economic development advantages under various constraints, so the development of headquarters economy is the inevitable choice for realizing the regional economy transition and development of Ningbo. In this paper, the meaning of the headquarters economy, the theoretical basis and the relationship between headquarters economy with regional economy is systematically analyzed and comb, and associated with the regional economic reality of Ningbo, puts forward headquarters economy development is valid path to the development and transformation of Ningbo’s regional economy. Using the experience of headquarters economy development in major cities from domestic and foreign for reference, in based of the SWOT positive analysis of Ningbo, it makes a systematical study of ideas, principles, positioning and strategic countermeasures of headquarters economy development during Ningbo’s transformation period, which has important reference value in Ningbo’s headquarters economy development.This paper mainly consists of 6 parts-introduction, headquarters economy and regional economy, the necessity and selection of Ningbo’s regional economic transformation, the experience and enlightenment of domestic and international headquarters economy development, the SWOT analysis of Ningbo’s headquarters economy development and headquarters economic development strategy of Ningbo during the transformation period.
