In recent years, our Chinese mechanical industry grow up at very high speed as we really learned many high and advanced manufacturing technology and management experience from overseas countries, and China is becoming a very big manufacture country also many multiple-international companies transfer their manufactures into China via OEM solution, China will become OEM center for worldwide global companies. In OEM module, buyers and manufactures will focus on the manufacture cost, buyer needs to know the manufacture cost so that they could control the product cost; manufacture needs to know the manufacture cost so that they could quote a reasonable price to customer, so how quick and accurate to give out the cost become a problem which is concerned by both manufacture and buyer, also it is very meaningful for a company development.Here I give the whole life cost content and structure for product base on the analysis of domestic and foreigner literature, I focus on the study of manufacture cost, also after study the relationship between mechanical process and product cost and combine the cost factories which are increased during mechanical process, I address how to give the mechanical cost analysis and give the cost module at the same time.
