I think that the agriculturalinsurance cooperatives as mutual qualitative organization and have moreadvantages than other organizations, should be established in china.Based on the establishment of agricultural insurance cooperative study,found that establishment of agricultural insurance cooperative can makeup the shortage of China rural insurance mechanism institutions, meet thefarmer’s insurance needs, increase the supply of china’s agriculturalinsurance, Strengthen agricultural economy’s financing capability，promoting agricultural economic growth and increasing farmers’ income;Using the game theory method to analysis the subject of agriculturalinsurance cooperative, found that the establishment of agriculturalinsurance cooperative can increase the central government, localgovernment and farmers’ utility, as long as the local government supportset up the agricultural insurance cooperative, so the central governmentwill give capital and policy support, farmers will join the agriculturalinsurance cooperatives; And on agricultural insurance cooperativesoperating principles, insurance pricing and structure were discussed, thehope can give for agricultural insurance cooperatives set up to providereference for the role.At the end of the paper to the better development of agriculture insurancecooperatives puts forward some policy suggestions.
