Research On The Impact Of Agricultural Insurance Policies On Agricultural Insurance Companies In Guizhou

The continual 12 years “the central first document” focuses three agricultural questions from2004 to 2015,reflect the country vigorously support the development of agriculture determination.Agricultural insurance,as one of the three pillars of the modern agriculture development,is one of the effective means to disperse agricultural natural risk,also is an important measure of the country's agricultural policy.In the Guizhou agricultural natural disasters before,need to protect their agricultural insurance.Although after the premium subsidy pilot for the 2007 state of the agricultural insurance,agricultural insurance in Guizhou province to develop steadily,and with the agricultural insurance system gradually perfect,Guizhou agriculture business results achieved again breakthrough.But under the current institution,insurance companies,there are still many problems in the agricultural insurance business,the overall than the national average level there is still a certain gap.This paper expounds the connotation of agricultural insurance policy,the agricultural insurance policy is decomposed into nature,management subject,management mode,organization structure,financial policy,reinsurance and catastrophe risk dispersion of six major elements,and reviews the checkered history of development of agricultural insurance in Guizhou province twists since the founding of new China,think that the agricultural insurance business cannot leave the support from agricultural insurance policy supporting and promoting.Then under the guidance of the relevant theory,from the six major agricultural insurance policy elements angle profound analysis of influence to the agricultural insurance operation.In order to study more clearly the current system of agricultural insurance policy performance,this paper takes the Peoples Insurance Company of China Guizhou branch as an example,from the two aspects of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the agricultural insurance management since the start of achievements and promoting effect on agriculture and society,puts forward the existing problems in the agricultural insurance business.based on the actual situation of Guizhou Province,using the method of SWOT to preserve company's current strategic choice.Finally,based on the reality of Guizhou,the idea of the optimization management for the agricultural insurance companies and the Countermeasures for improving the policy system of agricultural insurance in Guizhou province are proposed.
