Therefore, develop feasibility, reasonable and scientific study about the location for rural residential areas based on the construction of a new socialist countryside, In order to promote the development of research and practice of rural residential land in the process of building of new socialist countryside.Currently study of rural settlements, the content focused on the researches of status quo, change and its driving force in the rural residential land, the studies of consolidation potential and mode, the studies about evaluation of the level of intensive use, the studies about homestead circulation and land property rights etc. the research scale is main in county-level administrative units, explore the relationship between the choice of rural residential area, change and external natural, economic and social factors. To a certain extent, a scientific system has been formed to accumulate a wealth of theoretical basis for further research for future rural residential. But it is still relatively scarce to quantitative research the relationship between internal factors (such as age, education level, family composition, income, occupation, etc.) and the settlement location choice from the perspective of household, there are only sporadic studies about the wishes of the rural residential site and residential land suitability evaluation methods.In this context,this paper will do spatial analysis about Status quo conditions of the rural residential land and rural residential land-use planning through the integrated use of field sampling survey, multi-Logistic method, a geographic information system technology platform, Combined with farmers’willingness and suitability evaluation of rural residential land use planning.Bajiao village of Tongnan County in Chongqing is key research area, Through field surveys about farmers of different concurrent business types, quantitatively depict the farmers’overall demand who are in study area for the location of residential land, quantitatively estimates and evaluate the suitability of rural residential land. Design the route of the scientific planning of residential land in site. This article is divided into six parts:Chapterl:Introduction. Elaborate the background and significance of this study, thesis research objectives, content, ideas and methods.Chapter2:Concept definition and literature review. Analysis of related concepts, Review of literatures about rural residential land in the status quo at home and abroad, trends and driving forces of change studies, land layout and influencing factors of land for sitting and land suitability evaluation studies.Chapter3:Study area and data processing. The study area is introduced; the general survey data is gained and processed.Chapter4:analysis of factors affecting about location of rural residential land use. Describe the general influencing factors about location of the rural residential land, combine with the analysis about farmers’the difference of the internal economic structure, access to the willingness of farmers of different type of concurrent business. Finally, the Logistic method is sued to obtain the main factor to influence the location of residential land.Chapter5:Rural residential land suitability is evaluated and site planning and site selection is established. Through the method that farmers will combine with rural residential land to site suitability evaluation:NY-TY spatial analysis technology roadmap, eventually established residential land in site planning program.Chapter6:Research findings and prospects. A brief summary of the conclusions of this study made for future research to further prospects.
