Into the21st century, competition among enterprises has undergone significantchanges, turn into the supply chain and supply-chain competition, the traditionalmanagement model has been unable to adapt to the new competitive situation. In order toadapt the current competitive position, and increase business efficiency and cost-effective,improving in supply chain management concepts and methods become important issues.Thus, enterprise supply chain management theory and research on methods for improvingthe modern enterprise management level and competitiveness of great theoretical andpractical significance.Supply chain management is one of the important theory of the coordination of allaspects of the supply chain, but which itself does not have a part of their needs as long asthe choice of assets, through a number of effective brand and some important informationto co-ordinate and control the whole supply chain management, supply chain coordinationis an important means of solid and running. The supply chain is to link each individual indifferent enterprises, each enterprise is to their own interests are met, more than internalco-ordination among various departments is more complex and more difficult.Recently, the problem of deteriorating inventory has received considerable attention.As it is well know, many of the products by its very nature will change over time, the mostcommon is the food product, as time goes on, the product may be degenerate, decay and soon. Therefore, these reasons will cause the demand greatly reduced. These properties ofperishable products seriously impaired the supply chain inventory decisions and costcontrol.As mentioned above, the article studied the partial backlogging joint decisions modelof perishable goods and inventory-level-dependent demand rate joint decisions model ofperishable goods. And use MATLAB software model of simulation, according tosimulation results verify the correctness of the model. In this paper, based on existingliteratures at home and abroad, combined with their studies, the establishment of the partialbacklogging joint decisions model of perishable goods and inventory-level-dependentdemand rate joint decisions model of perishable goods. We make a presumption that thereplenishment cycle is equal and to allow out of stock. Modeling is divided into two kindsof situations: partial backlogging inventory levels and inventory levels affect. In each case,we make a optimization for the whole supplying chain, and optimization results are compared. Finally, we get a conclusion: Regardless of that situation, for the optimization ofthe supply chain as a whole is better than the respective suppliers and vendors separateoptimization.
