Along with the increasingly improvement of Chinese economy, the material and spiritual life of the public has been greatly enriched, and the concern on the ecological health and environment of living and development space is increasing. These promote the development of environment-friendly industries, such as the green home and the green agriculture, making the research on the awareness and consumption of green furniture will have important practical significance.Firstly, this article makes tentative definition on the concept of green furniture based on relevant literature, and summarize the current situation of the development of green furniture industry in China. Secondly, through questionnaires in Beijing, we study consumers’recognition and consumption willing to green furniture;Thirdly, using dual-logistic regression model, we analysis key factors that affect consumers’consumption desire on green furniture. After the study, we get following results:The age of the consumer’s purchase intention of green furniture is mainly distributed in30to39years; from career point, relative workers that get more knowledge on green furniture are more willing to purchase and also those who has juvenile or the aged inside home buy the furniture more intensely.Combine the results and the current situation of green furniture industry in China, this article points some possible suggestions and countermeasures as to ensure the legitimacy and environmental of the furniture material from the source, strengthen the industry system construction and the propagate of the green furniture industry, guide the industry to pay attention to the essential characteristics of the green furniture deeply. These will help the government and furniture enterprises to make the industrial development direction more clear and promote the green furniture industry to develop in steady and healthy environment.
