Analysis For Current Situation Of Microfinance In Rural Areas Of Yangquan In Shanxi Province

As a form of financial innovation, Microfinance in Rural Areas, which is conducted to solve financial problems for poverty-stricken peasant, is characterized by small-amount, short-term and amortization. This practice, aimed at anti-poverty and Promote Development, has been conducted for more than 30 years, and is warmly received by the developing countries since its first appearance.Firstly, development experience and inspiration of the microfinance in rural areas was summarized, on the basis of a thoroughly study on the theory and practice of the microfinance in rural areas in foreign countries and domestic. Secondly, based on background of the development of the rural economic and rural financial in Yangquan in Shanxi Province, it was done that a large number of practical investigations about the supplier and the demander of rural microfinance in Yangquan in Shanxi Province. Thirdly, the supply and the demand of rural microfinance in Yangquan in Shanxi Province was analyzed based on the practical investigations. Lastly, the development strategy and some suggestions about the microfinance in rural areas of Yangquan in Shanxi Province were put forward, the thesis also tried to find a new mode of the microfinance in rural areas of Yangquan in Shanxi Province.The thesis adopts theory with practice analysis method, qualitative and quantitative analysis method, static and dynamic analysis method, macro and micro analysis method, practical and logical analysis method. By means of the historical analysis and the practical analysis the microfinance in rural areas of Yangquan in Shanxi Province, the thesis suggests that the Rural Credit Cooperatives hold a leading position in the microfinance market in Yangquan of Shanxi province. The development strategy of the microfinance in Yangquan of Shanxi province is also put forward.
