Deficiency leads to capital market appeared a few deep-seated structural problems have become the shackles of the healthy development of capital market. Based on this background from the capital market mechanism and the longitudinal structure of transverse respectively on Chinese capital market structure optimization.This paper uses a combination of history and logic method, summarized our country the capital market structure changes in the course of. Then with the classified analysis method firstly analysed market of our country capital structure, it is to design the issuance and trading of financial instruments, as the basic content; then has analyzed our country the capital market structure, analyzes the market structure, planning the layer structure of China’s capital market development of the road to the future.Application of the combination of theory with practice and comparative analysis method, using the existing mature developed capital market structure theory and practice experience, combined with China’s capital market structure characteristics and development situation, draw lessons from experience.The results show that:to optimize the structure of Chinese capital market, we should not only develop our financial tool design work, but also to improve on this basis financial tool attachment system environment, economic environment and the humanities environment; constantly improve the multi-level capital market system structure, the establishment of China’s market structure and construction in order to improve the capital market of our country, the structure of investors, improve the corporate governance structure, as the level of capital market structure to lay a good foundation.
