Research On Spare Parts Inventory Management Optmization Of YC Company Based On Supply Chain

With the rapid development of e-commerce,the consumer market gradually changes from regionalization to internationalization,and finally enters the competitive state of globalization.Traditional enterprises operation mode is constantly refreshed and challenged.Product category and market segmentation are developing rapidly and horizontally,with product's shorter life cycle,more accurate arriving rate of customer required,higher expectations of added value of services.Facing the complex supply chain environment,the importance of inventory is highlighted again.Inventory is a common problem in production and operation activities.Inventory not only occupies the enterprise's liquidity,but also occupies the storage space and increases management expenditure.In addition,because of the sudden change of the market,the optimization of the processing process,and the storage management problems,the performance of the materials is reduced,so that the materials are no longer used or need to be sold.Spare parts inventory should not only meet the needs of equipment maintenance and ensure smooth production,but also control reasonable inventory,reduce inventory costs and increase enterprise liquidity.Firstly,the article combs and systematically analyses the current situation of YC Company's operation mode and spare parts inventory management,find out the problems existing in the company's inventory management,including unreasonable organizational structure,lack of scientific concept,low inventory turnover rate,lack of advanced inventory management and methods,lack of cooperation in supply chain.Secondly,based on the analysis of the situation,raised the specific optimization measures of spare parts inventory: redesigning the company's organizational structure,standardizing the internal process of warehouse,using scientific inventory control methods and implementation of joint inventory management.Finally,based on the results of this case study,the future research is prospected.There are two innovations in this paper: Firstly,because of the current closure situation of spare parts' supply chain,raised joint inventory management with upstream and downstream company under the channel's restriction,promote the circulation of stagnant inventory;secondly,based on dynamic user needs.Considering the characteristics of overseas supply chain and company's actual situation,we boldly implement zero inventory control scheme for high-value spare parts,which expand cash flow,improve outdated inventory module,enhance company's operation ability,finally reached optimize spare parts inventory from passive management to active control.
