China’s accession to the WTO, as well as by the impact of subprime mortgage crisis in U.S. and the debt crisis in Europe, the port industry is facing the new situation of the foreign environment constantly changing and increasing domestic pressure. How to improve their traditional mode of operation, and then formate a "customer-centric" corporate culture to achieve a win-win goal of the port business and customer, that is a problem must be solved by the port business decision makers.This paper researches the customer relationship management model suitable for the port enterprises; On the basis of the curve of the full life cycle of the port enterprise customers, with reference to the value of customer life cycle model, this paper raises the port enterprise customer value segmentation based on CLP forecast that explores the port enterprise customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in general. With the status quo of the customer relationship management in Huangpu Port, this paper designs its customers loyalty index system and then takes the shippers customers as example to study the shippers customers customer value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty level. It raises the improvements in its customer relationship management. Finally, this paper summarizes the findings of the subject, and makes outlook customer relationship management in the further application of the port enterprises.This study based on the actual situation of the port companies and the application of empirical research methods applies customer relationship management theory to port enterprises and strives to practice, then practice to practical guidance. Meanwhile, we hope to be able to actively explore the port customer relationship management theory and application, to promote the use and development of customer relationship management in China’s port enterprises to take to port the company’s core competitiveness, and promote the rapid development of China’s national economy.
