Since November7th,2006when Vietnam became a member of the WTO, theprocess of economic transformation and social development has been rapid. As aresult, Vietnam has been facing quickly changing and fierce business environment. Asin such a competitive environment, human resources have become a key factor forenterprises to have competitive advantages in the market. Therefore, enterprises arenow willing to invest in human resources management. One of the most importantfactors is human recruitment. It decides whether enterprises obtain a good staff, andalso increases their core competitiveness. Therefore, in accordance with businessobjectives and business requirements, under the guidance of human resourcesplanning, job descriptions, outstanding talent employees yattracted to the vacancies isan important guarantee of improving institutional capacity and goal achievement.From the facts of well-known enterprises in Vietnam, the author of this thesis hassystematically conducted a research on the recruitment of Hanoi TechnologyDevelopment Joint Stock Company. Through the findings on the human recruitmentof this enterprise, the author aimed at solving the problems that Vietnameseenterprises often encounter in order to fulfill their goals in human resourcemanagement and enhancing the effectiveness of recruitment.This thesis consists of5chapters. The first Chapter introduced the reason forchoosing the topic and the significance of the research, reviewing the literature on theresearch of enterprises’ human recruitment, as well as giving the methodology and theorientation of research of this thesis. The second Chapter assessed the basicknowledge and arguments regarding the human resource recruitment in Vietnameseenterprises nowadays. In the third Chapter, the author analyzed the recruitment inHanoi Technology Development Joint Stock Company and in combination withanalyzing the business of this enterprises, giving the achievement of human resourcerecruitment and the assessment on the effectiveness of recruitment of this enterprise.In the forth Chapter, the author analyzed the pros and cons of Hanoi TechnologyDevelopment Joint Stock Company in human resource management, especially inrecruitment, and gave the solutions to enhance the effectiveness of human resourcerecruitment in the company. The last chapter is the conclusion and outlook of thisthesis.
