In recent years,along with China economy level unceasing enhancement,the people's standard of living has improved a lot,and people's life has concerns from the daily life of the past is turning to a higher level of spiritual needs,tourism as an important industry,people spiritual and cultural needs in the decades obtained rapid development.Judging from the travel situation of Chinese tourists,outbound tourism accounts for an increasing proportion in the tourist population.According to statistics released by the ministry of culture and tourism,the number of Chinese outbound tourists reached 150 million in 2018,up 14.7 percent year-on-year from 2017.Southeast Asian countries,as one of the top destinations for Chinese tourists,have also seen an annual increase in the number of tourists in recent years.As one of the major tourism countries in southeast Asia,Vietnam has always been favored by Chinese tourists for its unique culture,food and other characteristics.However,in recent years,the number of Chinese tourists to Vietnam has gradually slowed down,and more and more tourists turn their eyes to neighboring Thailand.The main reason is that in recent years,Vietnam has paid insufficient attention to investment in tourism infrastructure,diet,social security and other aspects,resulting in low satisfaction of tourists.For Vietnam,as an important source of tourists,the satisfaction of tourists plays a very important role in the development of domestic tourism.How to perceive the tourism experience of Chinese tourists,find out the problems in time and take effective measures to solve them has become a problem that Vietnam's tourism industry must solve.Based on this,this paper takes the tourist products of Hanoi,Vietnam as the research object.Through the investigation on the status quo of customer satisfaction of Chinese tourists,it finds out the problems existing in the tourist products of Hanoi.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the reasons leading to these problems,it puts forward corresponding Suggestions for improvement.From the perspective of the full text,the research content of this paper mainly includes the following parts: the first part is the introduction,which first introduces the research background,research significance,research content and research method of this paper,and sorts out theresearch status at home and abroad;In the second part,the definition of customer satisfaction and SERVPERF measurement method are summarized,and the relevant theories are introduced according to the measurement and method of customer satisfaction.The third part is the case study.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation of Hanoi's tourism products,the current situation of Chinese tourists in Hanoi and the outbound tourism of Chinese tourists,so as to provide the basis for further study in the following part.The fourth part to Hanoi,Vietnam customer service satisfaction survey and evaluation,this part based on the SERVPERF model,using the method of questionnaire survey,from the beautiful sex,guarantee,environment,safety,sensitivity and empathy sexual satisfaction investigation and analysis in six aspects,on the basis of the problems existed in the current tourism products to Vietnam Hanoi is introduced;The fifth part is to Hanoi,Vietnam tourism product promotion strategy research,this part in the full study and draw lessons from foreign advanced experience of the tourist attractions and practices on the basis of the proposed to improve the satisfaction of tourists,from strengthening the traffic convenience,improve the tourism products and tourism service,strengthen the infrastructure construction,increase public security management,enhance dietary diversity and promote local national culture protection and development to improve and perfect;The sixth part is the conclusion,which draws the research results of this paper,and puts forward the follow-up research direction.
