| With the continuous advance of China’s economic reform, small and mediumenterprises to become a major force in promoting national economic development isalso increasingly becoming a foster regional economic growth, the main carrier tosolicit employment. However, the development of SMEs facing a very frustratingdevelopment bottleneck: financing difficulties, the lack of effective security forfinancing to become the bottleneck in the development of SMEs bottlenecks. Theestablishment of SME credit guarantee system is just solve this problem, difficult toprovide an effective way to address SME financing, and provide a good platform forfinancing for small and medium enterprises.With the widespread launch of the SME credit guarantee business, the SMEcredit guarantee system is gradually exposed to many adverse problems. SME creditguarantee institutions working non-standard, the lack of guarantee compensationprotection, risk control mechanism is not perfect channels for a single source of funds,financial institutions, low motivation, weak awareness of SME credit. These problemshave seriously hampered the SME credit guarantee system to play the largest role, it isdifficult to solve the difficult problem of SME financing.
