Research On Gansu Rural Credit Union Management System Reform

After the founding of Gansu Rural Credit Union in1950’s, the reform has gained a stage achievement. Still, with the further development and reform of rural financial system, the Rural Credit Unions at this stage are also facing many issues. Therefore, we need to make further reform of management system of rural credit union, and do a whole research on the mode of reform to coordinate with different economic development among varied areas, which has great theoretical and practical significance for making rural credit union serve rural economy better and speeding up progress of construction of new countryside.Firstly, this paper introduces the meaning and background of researches on the reform of management system of rural credit union and current situation of foreign and domestic researches on it.Secondly, this paper does some analysis on the current situation and existing issues of Gansu Rural Credit Unions, and then develops the plans which fit for the reform of management system of GSRCU.Lastly, this article analyzes and describes the implementation and control of reform plans.
