The Preparation And Application Of2002-2007Incremental Input-output Tables For Gansu Province

The input-output analysis method has an important and widely application in the economic system. Since it has been introduced, the input-output theory and methods are constantly improved and developed in practice, and got many theoretical and applied achievements. The incremental input-output model which presented by Professor Li Guozhang is one of the effective derivative models of the input-output theory and methods.This article starts from incremental input-output model, based on2002and2007input-output tables of Gansu Province, finishes the compilation of2002-2007Incremental input-output table of Gansu Province, explores the method of compiling provincial incremental input-output table. From the compiled table, uses Soft-input theory and Industrial sector structure analysis method to do the empirical Study of Gansu Province’s economic growth issues, finds the key factors of Gansu Province’s economic growth, explains the application of incremental input-output table in study of economic problems. The focus of consideration in this paper is that how to merge departments and adjust price from2002and2007input-output table of Gansu Province; how to compile provincial incremental input-output table; and how to use Soft-input theory and Industrial sector structure analysis method analyzing economic growth of Gansu Province according to the incremental input-output tables.
