Analysis On The Nonferrous Metal Industry Environment Information Disclosure And The Influencing Factors

Non-ferrous metal as a non-renewable base material, its production and supply directly related to the normal operation of the national economy and People’s Daily life. Meanwhile, as important strategic materials, non-ferrous metal has a special meaning in the national defense and economic security. Therefore, the sustainable healthy development of non-ferrous metal industry the directly influence to a country’s economic growth speed and the quality of economic security. Especially, it has a very significant influence on national defense security and social stability. Under the economic globalization background, non-ferrous metal industry is facing with even more intense market competition and more complex development environment. The sustainable development of the non-ferrous metal industry is going to break through original perspective, framework and the methods through a broader view of research and discussion. Therefore, this paper studied on expanding and developing Chinese nonferrous metal industry development strategy research system is considered as necessary and timely. Non-ferrous metal is an essential raw material, and extensively used in the national economic development and national defense construction. Nonferrous metal industry and other industries have a high correlation degree. It plays an important role in the national economy. Nonferrous metal industry is not only backbone industries in the industrialized countries with fast development, and also a develop industry in the process of industrialization of the country. Directly/indirectly contributions of the nonferrous metal industry to the national economy are great and varied. Some contributions are difficult to be quantified. Generally, the benefits of nonferrous metal industry economic are divided into two kinds. One is producing first effect as industrial business activities, which is including revenue and profit, foreign exchange, employment, regional development and infrastructure. The other one is the second effect which make between the non-ferrous metal industry and other related industries. It is realized through the direct economic contribution of the nonferrous metal industry, relate to the whole economic system through the national economic cycle.This paper main thought as follows:firstly, this paper reviews the research results of the environmental accounting. By using the sustainable development theory and information asymmetry theory to analyze the factor of the environment accounting information disclosure and the reasons. Under the environmental laws and regulations system background, comparison of the environment information disclosure practice. This paper has also deeply analysis Chinese nonferrous metal industry listed company environment accounting information disclosure characteristics, and the existing problems. Then through build up environment accounting information disclosed index, with the background of Chinese capital markets, inspect the impact of our country environment accounting information disclosure factors. Research shows that, the characteristics of listed company’s environment information release content are split asunder. The overall quality level is low. Voluntary disclosure is not strong. The overall disclosure requirement is lack of standard disclosure forms. In addition, the comparability is poor. The quality of environment accounting information disclosure has significant correlation with the size of the enterprise and state holding properties and the share concentration ratio. Finally, this paper also provided some advisories on the building up the policy of environment information disclosure.
