A Study On The Credit Guarantee System Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Hubei

China has got remarkable achievements in all respects after stepped into21th centry.Everyone in the world exclaims the rapid development. In the process of economic operation,small and medium-sized enterprises gives great contribution.They are also main power in improving the employment rate, promoting social whole income level and exports, technological innovation, personnel training etc. It is strategic significance that small and medium-sized enterprises grow and develop healthy and orderly.Nowadays, the core task of Chinese economic development is developing small and medium-sized enterprises energetically.It is inevitable to face many problems in such process. The most serious things are that capital chain rupturing and single financing form.Another such enterprises don’t get effective economic support.Problems we talked above will exist for a long time.In this article, credit guarantee system’s present situation and existing problems in Hubei will be analyzed. The writer will explore the reasons of existing problems from five respects:government, industry, financial institutions, credit guarantee institutions, small and medium-sized enterprises. All levels of targeted recommendations will be suggested in the article.The thesis aims at improving the financing predicament of small and medium-sized enterprises to make Hubei province’s national economy can be better and more effective operation.There are6parts in this article.Part1addresses research background, the research goal and the significance, ideas and methods, possible points of innovation etc.Part2elaborates the basic concept and theory of small and medium enterprise credit guarantee.These are the important theoretical basis for this article.Part3takes on qualitative and quantitative analysis in present situation of credit guarantee system of Hubei.To author’s view, Hubei’s credit guarantee system characteristics are that guarantee institution growing steadily,strengthening risk awareness,diversifying capital structure,enhancing contribution ability etc.Part4explores the reasons of existing problems from five respects by qualitative and quantitative analysis:government, industry, financial institutions, credit guarantee institutions, small and medium-sized enterprises.Part5puts forward to build accord with the situation of the Hubei province’s credit guarantee system to solve the problem of financing predicament of small and medium-sized enterprises.Last part summarizes the main research results of this thesis. The author points out the limitations of the study and further study in future is prospected.
