Construction Patterns Of Smart City And Ideas Of "Smart Wuhan" Construction

Intelligence is another new breakthrough of the scientific and technological progress of mankind after industrialization, electrification and informatization. Using intelligence technology and constructing smart city are effective means to solve various difficult problems that we face in the course of urban management and service. According to incompletely statistics, there are more than200cities are planning to construct smart cities around the world. In2012, China will meet the small climax of smart city construction, smart cities construction has been included in the government work reports of26cities, Wuhan even put smart city construction in its "twelfth five-year" development plan, as its important development goals in the next few years.In fact, smart city construction is still a new area, and there are not many mature methods and paths can be used as references. Starting from the basic theory of smart city and with combination of domestic and foreign smart city construction examples, this paper summarizes and condenses various patterns of smart city construction, and these conclusions have some definite directive significance for how to construct smart city in our country. Meanwhile, associated with actualities of Wuhan, the article puts forward some relevant suggestions on the construction models of "Smart Wuhan", it has certain practical significance in promoting smart city construction of Wuhan.Full text is divided into six chapters.Chapter1is the introduction, in which it discusses the background and significance of research, domestic and international research present condition, research targets and methods, the research contents and the possible innovations of this thesis. Chapter2is a general description of smart city, main contents are the conceptions, connotations and characters of smart city, level and structure of smart city, technology system of smart city, the contents and development phases of smart city construction. Chapter3is the analysis of smart city construction patterns, including the intention of smart city construction patterns to analyze, type analysis and comparison of smart city, and some examples and experiences of choosing smart city construction patterns at home and abroad. Chapter4is the ideas of "Smart Wuhan" construction, mainly includes the advantages and foundations of "Smart Wuhan" construction, plans and expectations of "Smart Wuhan" construction. Chapter5is some suggestions on "Smart Wuhan" construction patterns. Chapter6is the conclusion.
