Economic globalization makes the international and domestic market be an organicwhole. The increasingly fierce competition among enterprises is not only the productcompetition and a certain part of the competition, but the global value chain of thecompetition. The enterprise’s core competitive ability depends on the comprehensivecompetitiveness of the entire global value chain. The changes of the international marketand the internationalization of domestic competition make Chinese enterprises deeply feelthat internationalization is inevitable.Yueda is the biggest state-owned enterprise in the north area of Changjiang River inJiangsu. It became international much earlier than other companies. This paper is mainlytalking about the process of the development and current situation. According to themarket the enterprise facing at home and abroad, the paper includes the theory of globalvalue chain, the analysis to the international strategy, the successful internationalizationstrategy to make the company " rely on strong enterprise ", the use of a Boston matrix,PEST, SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal and external environment. The paperdiscovers the existing main problems of internationalization strategy, discussescountermeasures, points out that the enterprise must make the strategy change to plotdevelopment, puts forward that the internationalization strategy should take "shift" and"abandon" two approaches in the global value chain to grasp "strategic control points"during " The Twelfth Five Year Plan ", strengthens the research and development abilityand the brand cultivation ability. To improve the position in the global value chain, I triedto make the internationalization strategy of "depend on ourselves" for Yueda group in thenext five years, and make the evaluation prediction of the impact on economic development, at last, to provide specific development thought and action for Yuedadevelopment for hundred years, at the same time, to hope that there will be reference andinspiration to all Chinese enterprises which are interested in internationalization strategy.
