For the present contradiction between the rapid development of the supermarket chains fresh agriculturalproducts business and its blind choices of logistics modes, based on chain management theory, freshagricultural products logistics system theory and logistics distribution theory, and learning from the experienceof foreign supermarket distribution modes, this thesis firstly analyses the background, strengths andweaknesses of the typical distribution pattern of the domestic supermarket chains fresh agricultural products.And then from the qualitative approach with SWOT, the thesis analyses the supermarket fresh distributionindustry, which faces the advantages, disadvantages, as well as opportunities and threats. After that based onthe fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of AHP for constructing supermarket chain fresh productslogistics distribution decision-making index system, with sixteen supermarket chains as survey samples,conduct a comprehensive evaluation decision for the fresh agricultural logistics distribution situation. Finally,according to the evaluation, this thesis puts forward the improvement proposals for the supermarket chainsfresh agricultural products logistics modes, to expect to help supermarket to provide ideas and basis whenchoosing and building fresh agricultural products logistics modes. |
