The Internet industry is a new industry, in the last10years, due to the rapid development of computer hardware and software, as well as the accelerating process of global economic integration, information collection and exchange platform has become the enterprises and institutions and individuals to an important part of life.Lebang company is a mobile phone user to use mobile phone community to exchange information internet company, is China’s first mobile phone community website, the industry has certain representative, and product departments is one of the core members of Internet industry, so the study of Le Bang branch of product of company’s performance management and reward distribution system has important realistic significance.This paper analyzes the music company from inception to2010product department ’s performance evaluation and bonus system, including monthly work plan assessment method, assessment method, assessment of360degrees KPI method and its corresponding bonus origin and distribution mechanism, objective evaluation of the actual operation of the existing advantages and disadvantages and improvement direction, combined with MBA learn knowledge and a large amount of literature on the basis of the relevant theory, rational presents music company a new assessment and bonus model, including behavioral assessment method, optimization of post coefficient design, bonus allocation mechanism, evaluation by reverse thinking as the guiding ideology, bonus allocation to positive incentives, employee assessment scoring only is the distribution of bonus basis, but also whether the employees enjoy bonus criteria.The above model from2011March in Le Bang company products division has been carried out, to achieve the desired results, is proved to be feasible, of course with the changes of internal and external environment, we will continue to optimize the system, to better serve the enterprises.
