Currently, there are about2.5million people with rheumatic heart disease each year and need to repair heart valve replacement patient material250,000. With China’s rapid economic development, health care system, the gradual improvement of people’s income level and living standards gradually improved, China’s number of heart valve replacement patients will be increased. Expected end of2010, our heart valve applications will reach34,000, the demand for artificial heart valves a year to25million cases annually. With economic development, people’s income level increases, will generate new demand. At the same time as the increase in government investment, the gradual improvement of the medical security system, which will bring China-made heart valve development opportunities. Much-needed heart valve industry market structure design, stable performance, safe and effective anticoagulant, anti-infection of new artificial heart valve products. Large technology companies to get rid of foreign monopoly in this context, MD company came into being, its products will have broad market space and market potential.In this paper, MD’s targeted to business strategy based on the theory, combined with the heart valve industry environment, the MD’s development strategy for research. This basic starting point is the MD of the company with industry leading technology products from industry-specific look, MD and quickly occupied the market of public aspirations.
