Retail industry in our country is facing an unprecedentedly good developing opportunity. At the same time, after China's entering WTO, Large interlocked supermarkets from abroad rapidly controlled some markets in China. Domestic retail enterprises positively created favorable conditions, sped up their expanding steps, and raced to control markets. BuBuGao Interlocked Supermarket Co.,Ltd. (called BuBuGao for short as follows) is a private enterprise which was built in 1995. It successfully entered stock exchange in June, 2008. After thirteen years of hard work, BuBuGao has become No. one in retail industry in Hunan.Environmental changes at home and abroad have made domestic large chain supermarkets face a severe test, and meanwhile good chances have been produced for large supermarkets. BuBuGao is in an important developing period. Therefore, studying BuBuGao's developing strategy is an urgent and great job. Working out reasonable and effective developing strategy is of great significance for BuBuGao's rapid development.This article has given a minute description to developing strategy of Large supermarket by applying the theories of enterprises strategy and taking BuBuGao for example. On the basis of a vast amount of investigation and research data and comprehensive analysis to BuBuGao, this text has summarized many factors such as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for BuBuGao's development, determined its strategy target system, obtained its strategy analysis result, decided its strategy goals and whole strategy, and in the meantime expounded how to put strategy into effect to guarantee to effectively carry out company's strategy. In the process of concrete analysis, this article has synthetically applied such research methods as SWOT to launch concrete research in order to achieve accordance and appliance and operation of the research. |
