Since the domestic and foreign trading enterprise growth very well, against a background, how should we face complex market as an inspection agency? As a third-party certification, and act as the notary role of product quality when manufactory and foreign trading sell sample to their client.In transformation and upgrade, Intertek will meet a lot of questions that have certain representation. The paper lodge the interrelated countermeasures from the development predicament of Intertek to establish strategic planning. In addition, the article also uses five forces model to analysis Intertek’s current situation of macroeconomic policy environment, industry status and social status, summary of Intertek’s problems in the development, and analysis of Intertek own viability, summed up of Intertek business development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.Through the strategic combination SWOT analysis, this paper proposes of strategy that under the influence of economic globalization, based on its global network and expertise, Intertek is dedicated to enhancing and assuring the quality and safety. Through professional, precise and efficient services, Intertek helps a large number of manufacturers succeed in the world market, and also supports the international operation of the multinational businesses as well as through product innovation, for competition between emerging markets strategy and goals for the accumulation of old product line strategy, focusing on intellectual property protection etc. To ensure the company’s overall strategy and business strategy, we suggest that the financial sector, human resources and internal management sector, technical production department and marketing department of Intertek needs to make the appropriate adjustment of functional strategies. In the paper the theory and case studies on the use of third-party certification body’s development of a certain reference value.
