The world enterprises face the same challenges on how to break technical barriers of International trade. If they want to enter international markets and increase international markets share of their products. International certification comes as one of the solution. This paper analysis of the Western countries' international certification development and current developing status in China, designs an international certification solutions for one dedicated company, Hope it spreads the effect to enterprises effectively and help break through the trade barriers.In this paper, the research content is designing of C company's products' international certification solution. On the base of analysis current C Company's products international certification status, the author use the method of the case analysis and key indicators (KPI) approach to propose appropriate international certification solutions. First, taking the right marketing position for C company, mainly considerating the factors of C's annual turnover, brand effectiveness, and total cost of the annual international certification, then comes out a tailor-made one-stop international certification solution. On the current status of C Company international certification dept., there are three problems which need to solve. First One, since the certification officer is not clear the international certification process, leads to work un-organized; second one, certification officer does not match with the international certification job. International certification documents are mostly English-based, and C company's officer's can not on a thorough understanding of the international certification documents; third, C's international certification dept. authorities faces how to cut costs and certification time. Based on these three questions and C's international markets, the paper details designing of the tailor-made with each certification process'international certification solution which takes CB certification as the core, extending to the Asia Singapore Safety mark, Korea KC Mark; Middle East Saudi Arabia KSA certification; European CB, CE, GS, and S mark certification, Russian Gost certification; Americas and Canada's cETLus certification and Mexico's NOM certification. At the same time, provide the certification training course to C's international dept. officer. Help C Company re-building the international certification dept.'s working map and personnel's job division, comb the cooperation model with the third-party certification Body. Finally, after process this solution, it helps C company saving 30% certification costs and about one month certification time.In this paper, it designs a good solution to C Company to resolve the international certification problem. Meanwhile, it summarized a set of operations for most consumer electronics enterprises on international certification management who can face challenges calmly on international trade barriers in order to further expending living space in the international market.
