With the development of global economic integration and the continuous growth of our national economy, China has been integrated into the tide of world economic development, the Port has an irreplaceable role in international trade. However, compared with the developed ports, ports in China is still a gap. Port enterprises in order to better and faster development in the fierce competition in an invincible position, must recognize their own strengths and weaknesses, seize opportunities, take effective measures to accelerate the development efforts. Combined with the new requirements of the new situation, the development of strategic business development measures, is the key to winning business.Start from the macro-environment, to make a concrete analysis of the political environment, economic environment, social and technological environment, and were compared with the competitors in the industry. Can be seen by studying the port transport today more and more use of container as a carrier, the grocery market ratio is getting smaller and smaller, and groceries in the short term and will not be completely container replaced. The face of increasing market competition between the cargo terminal will be more intense.HS cargo terminal in this competitive landscape is also facing a lot of opportunities and threats. How to make a full use of the internal strengths to seize the opportunity to overcome their own weaknesses to avoid the risk of competitive strategy has become imperative.
