To narrow this gap in minority areas, countries and national and localgovernment to actively promote and implement a leapfrog development strategy, andstrive to make each nation regional economic community to maintain a healthy andcoordinated development, achieve common prosperity and long-term stability.Marxist nationality theory, the paper based on the guidance of scientific concept ofdevelopment, to build a harmonious socialist society, in order to achieve the nationalcoordinated regional development as the theme to the limitations of the leap-forwarddevelopment in ethnic areas in the late20th century through the analysis since thefounding of to explore the ethnic areas to achieve leapfrog development must focuson coordination aspects, as well as how to coordinate and put forward the coordinateddevelopment of the overall vision in ethnic Areas in leaps and bounds.
