The successful example which advanced by leaps and bounds at all times and in all over the world has built up a leading card for Chinese railway.For the development of Chinese railway, new thoughts are explored and a bright future is exhibited: firstly, the building of railway should be accelerated by a fast expansion of carriage capacity to adapt to the demand of national economy and society developments. Secondly, the international or domestic advanced resources should be utilized abundantly to enhance the standard of technical equipment. The chief technical equipment for Chinese railway should reach the level as high as that for the developed country.
