Agriculture and animal husbandry is an important part of Inner Mongolia industry, agriculture and animal husbandry development is directly related to economic and social whether a comprehensive health and sustainable development of Inner Mongolia, is related to the autonomous region,"the12th Five Year Plan" the overall situation. So we can not relax on the development of agriculture and animal husbandry to develop effective guidelines and policies to promote sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia significant.Study found that in today’s market economy environment, the development of agriculture and animal husbandly in Inner Mongolia lies in the comprehensive analysis of its own industrial advantages and characteristics of agriculture and animal husbandry industry, the characteristics and scale market-oriented. To achieve this goal, in addition to the Government provide the necessary policy support, a very important point we should be a clear understanding of this reality to the peasants and herdsmen to the basis of poor, weak economic foundation, lack the necessary start-up capital and financing, even if there even the best political environment also contributed to their actions. Pastoral government of the people how to make the financial capacity and dare to boldly develop their own industries is the core of the problem is also widespread confusion in the Inner Mongolia Agriculture and Animal Husbandry.This article is based on this closely around the promotion of agriculture and animal husbandry sustainable development of this goal, starting from the perspective of financial support, system analysis of how we should build a reasonable and efficient rural financial system, allowed for maximum effect to promote sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia.
