Now special purpose vehicle market have more and more sub-areas, Many users have specific requirements for special purpose vehicles, for example, some users just transport food, and some just transport cement. Experienced customers should be considered the fuel, tires, speed ratio, vehicle weight, and handling methods of the special purpose vehicle, they want to control each of the costs are lowest, there are more and more customers like this. Manufacturers should design operating programs for the users, the products can bring competitiveness and profit for the users, then it has marking. CIMC Vehicle Group has been committed to providing quality services for the expert users, through the expert marketing team to bring customers return.CIMC enter the field of special-purpose vehicle since2002. through nearly10years of development, CIMC Vehicle Group has been groping the marketing channels constantly, and ahead of the marketing, its marketing channel occurred many times change, such as:establish4S shop; center store upgrade; hundreds of stores plan and so on. But each time the change is the not so satisfied. CIMC still grope its channel, regulate the content and quality of service, let the marketing is not just simple sell products, with more use the services to create more value for the clients. This article start from the present situation of CIMC Vehicle Group and with the competition features of the special purpose vehicles, through the analysis of current industry marketing channel mode and the study of channel theoretical, develop its own model.
