The famous general electric CEO jack Welch points out that any enterprise want to win in the fierce market competition, the key is to improve the staffs professional level. With the rapid development of economic and society, more and more enterprise managers realize that employee engagement has a very important impact on improving business performance level degree and getting lasting competitive advantage. Survey report about Chinese employee professional of Towers Perrin shows that Chinese employee professional degree level is not optimistic. How to improve employee professional degrees has become a challenge of modern enterprise management. The existing research results show that the employee engagement is the important outcome variables of psychological capital. Therefore, this paper will study group psychological capital on the influence of the employee engagement, through to interpose the mechanism to improve the employee engagement.Firstly, this paper reviews the literatures of research on the psychological capital and employee engagement, finding the necessity of research employee engagement from the Angle of group psychological capital. Then it defines the elements of the group psychological capital and employee engagement. And on this basis, it advances the analysis framework and research hypothesis of this paper. Secondly, it designs the questionnaire with high reliability and validity, and obtains the first hand information through the questionnaire. Thirdly, it makes a quantitative analysis of the relationship between group psychological capital and employee engagement by using statistical tools with SPSS17.0. Through a series of empirical analysis, it inspects the assumptions. Finally, this paper gets the conclusion of this research that the group psychological capital and its dimensions have significant positive correlation with employee engagement. The group psychological capital and its dimensions have an important influence on employee engagement. We can develop and manage the group psychological capital so as to enhance the staffs professional degrees by creating a positive enterprise atmosphere, developing the group psychological capital and its dimensions, cultivating the professional enterprise culture.
