Combined with China’s specific situation and analyze the real development of the Agricultural Development Bank a series of questions, suggestions put forward its reform and development. For construction the China Agricultural Development Bank to become the perfect legal protection, the governance structure of science, business management practices, sound risk prevention and control of a sustainable development of modern agricultural policy bank, to better support the construction of a new socialist countryside.
